Slumber Basic
In this package families can expect a customized written plan that addresses the issues identified in the free consultation call. The goals of the sleep plan will be determined by exploring the sleep method (or combination of methods) that works best with each families’ and child’s personality. Recognizing there is not a one size fits all approach when talking solutions to sleep, each plan and connection between the parent, child and consultant is unique.
Upon signing the HSS Customized Sleep Plan Contract, a total of 4 video/phone calls and texts for support are available to you as you implement the strategies provided in the Contract. At the end of the 2 weeks, there will be a close-out call in order to review the process as well as look at the goals achieved. It will be at this time that if the consultant deems necessary that the Slumber Maintenance Package can be purchased and the additional Contract signed.
Slumber Plus

Upon signing the HSS Customized Sleep Plan Contract, video/ phone calls and texts for support are available to you as you implement the strategies provided in the Contract. Also included with the Slumber Plus Package are Daily Sleep Logs. These will be submitted to the Consultant daily and Analysis with directional feedback and support will be provided by the Consultant by email or text.
At the end of the 2 weeks, there will be a close-out call in order to review the process as well as look at the goals achieved. It will be at this time that if the consultant deems necessary that the Slumber Maintenance Package can be purchased and the additional Contract signed
Slumber Maintenance
This package is for existing customers only and includes following the in-depth, written, customized sleep plan already contracted along with insight and encouragement from Paige for a time determined by both Consultant and Parent.
Includes video or phone calls throughout the two weeks.
A customized Daily Sleep Log will be made and each day you’ll send it to Paige along with any questions or concerns you have. Paige will respond with encouragement, strategies, accountability all the while having empathy.
