Hi! I’m Paige Lightsey, a military wife and mother of three girls whom I homeschool. I currently live in Tokyo, Japan as my husband serves. My background is in Special Education. I taught grade school, preschool, and was an early interventionist before having our girls.
Having sleep trained our three girls, I experienced how different each child can be; especially in regards to sleep. I sleep trained our oldest while her Daddy was deployed, the middle with colic, and the youngest with severe formula tolerance and colic issues.
I am here to help you, your baby, your family get the sleep you all need not just to do life, but do life well and incredibly well with each other.
